- International Orders: 7–21 business days (where available)

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the customer's location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after the package has been handed to the carrier.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, Vidavoult is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other factors beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Vidavoult is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers who experience delivery issues should contact the carrier directly and notify us for assistance.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.
